although i prefer to meet my clients' needs on a one on one basis, i can fill orders through the mail to anywhere in the world. you MUST follow the steps outlined below for your order to be completed properly.

step 1
get
a study mold of your mouth from you dentist (top and bottom).
you must provide top and bottom study molds of your mouth. while i CAN do with only the mold of the jaw being fitted, it does make more a more comfortable fit at the end of the day if i can see how your jaws match up.
these molds MUST be manufactured by a dentist and reflect the current (6 months or newer) status of your mouth. if you have had any dental work in the area of the mouth you mean to have fitted that is more recent than your mold, you must have a new mold made.
these molds must be made of dental stone or plaster, not simply an alginate or silicon rubber impression.
these stone study models MUST be trimmed and free of imperfections (bubbles, flash, etc), otherwise they will not provide an accurate representation of your mouth.
i cannot be held responsible for the fit of your teeth if the study molds i make them from aren't perfect. if the fangs fit on your molds but not on your fangs, your dentist did not do a proper job.
i cannot quote what a dentist will charge you for the mold.
step 2 get a color prescription for either vita shade or jet shade from your dentist.
obtain a color prescription from your dentist for the proper VITA LUMIN SHADE. this is imperative in insuring that the proper shade of acrylic is used in the crafting of your fangs.
while a JET SHADE will do, i prefer a VIAT LUMIN SHADE.
if neither of these shade guides are available, please have your dentist include a shade button, a small tooth made of plastic or porcelain that represents the exact color of your teeth.
if the shade prescription sent to us is not a VITA or JET shade, or is not in the form of a shade button, i cannot be held responsible if the color of your fangs is not the same color as your natural teeth.
step 3 print and complete the TERMS AND CONDITIONS and ORDER forms. HTML WORD DOCUMENT PDF

these forms must be sent with your order.
no orders will be filled without this signed waiver, so please read it carefully.
step 4 make out a cheque or money order to TEETH BY DNASH for the proper cost of the fangs and shipping.
purchase a money order or make out a cheque for the full amount of your order. cheques and money orders should be made out to Teeth By Dnash.
international orders MUST be made out in US funds, and be in the form of a postal, bank, or western union money order.
international cheques and money orders should carry a 10 digit U.S. bank routing number if at all possible. this reduces the likelihood of your payment being held up in collections. it also reduces the chance of a bank fee for currency exchange. most banks and lending institutions offer this option free of charge.
step 5 pack your molds, order form, and payment in a safe manner.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU SHIP YOUR MOLDS IN A SAFE MANNER. WRAP THE MOLDS CAREFULLY IN SOME SORT OF PROTECTIVE PADDING SUCH AS BUBBLE WRAP, AND SEND THEM IN A BOX, NOT AN OVERNIGHT LETTER FOLDER. IF THE MOLDS BREAK IN TRANSIT THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT.
i recycle as much of your packing materials back to you as possible. PLEASE use bubble wrap in place of packing peanuts if you can.
if your dentist has provided a special box for your molds, please use it. it also might help to ask for a box when you pick your molds up.
step 6 address and ship your order to:
send the package via air mail or priority mail, not via UPS or FED EX as they do not deliver to p.o. boxes. they are also consistently unable to find my studio address and end up leaving packages in a hall or stairwell. the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE has never failed me, and i trust them with all of my shipping. knock on wood.
DO NOT SEND THEM OVERNIGHT or by special carrier unless you have spoken to me first. i travel for weeks sometimes, and if i do not pick up the package immediately, it gets sent back to you.
orders may take between 6-8 weeks depending on my load. RUSH orders are expedited to 2-3 weeks.
