david lewis was initially a mail order client, but after amy won a cruise to the caribbean (and a trip to disney land, AND a weekend in palm beach) i called david and asked him if he would mind a getting together for a private appointment when we came down.
david was the first client to order the angel style of teeth from buffy, and it is his mouth that's featured on my angelus style in the custom fangs and costume teeth section of the website. the picture above was taken during the molding process of his laterals. yes, we ALL look this goofy during that icky 5 minute period, but as you can see from the pics below, it's all good in the end.
